File Guidelines

I suggest working at 50% or 25% scale with a higher resolution proportional to the scale. For signage viewed from 2 metres or more, 150 dpi at actual size creates excellent sharpness. Reception murals and other close-up displays should use 300 dpi. Accepted file formats are PDF, TIFF, PSD, AI, and EPS. Before production, we review every file for free to ensure quality.

Send us your dimensions, substrate choice and quantity. Everything we do is custom, so we can’t give an exact quote without knowing the specifics of your project. Contact us via our order form, by phone or visit us in person. We’ll ask you a few questions about your project requirements and provide you with a personalized quote. Standard production is two to three business days; express scheduling is available for urgent deadlines. Installation is quoted separately based on surface type, access requirements and location. We are open Monday to Friday, 11:30 am to 6:15 pm.
