Terms of Service

Last updated: March 2026

Welcome to Fast Printing SG. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our website at https://fastprinting.org and the printing, design and related services we provide. By placing an order or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms in full. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing this website, requesting a quote, submitting artwork or placing an order with Fast Printing SG, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes take effect upon publication on this page, and your continued use of our services after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

If you are placing an order on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

2. Orders & Quotes

All quotes provided by Fast Printing SG are valid for fourteen (14) calendar days from the date of issue, unless otherwise stated in writing. Quotes are based on the specifications provided at the time of enquiry; any subsequent changes to quantity, size, paper stock, finishing or artwork may result in a revised quotation.

An order is considered confirmed only after we have received your written or electronic approval of the final quotation and any required deposit or full payment (as applicable). We reserve the right to decline any order at our discretion.

It is the customer’s responsibility to review all proofs and artwork carefully before granting print approval. Once approval has been given, Fast Printing SG will not be held liable for errors in content, spelling, colour representation or layout that were present in the approved proof.

Industry-standard overruns or underruns of up to ten percent (10%) of the ordered quantity are considered acceptable and may be charged or credited accordingly.

3. Artwork & File Requirements

Customers are responsible for supplying print-ready artwork that meets our file specifications, including correct resolution (minimum 300 dpi), colour mode (CMYK), bleed area and safe zone requirements. Accepted file formats include PDF, AI, INDD, PSD, JPG, PNG and TIFF.

Where artwork does not meet our specifications, our prepress team may adjust files at no additional charge as a courtesy. However, Fast Printing SG does not guarantee the outcome of any artwork that was not supplied in a print-ready state.

Colour accuracy on the final printed product may vary slightly from on-screen previews due to differences between RGB displays and CMYK print output. Variations of this nature are inherent to the printing process and do not constitute a defect.

4. Payment Terms

Payment terms are communicated at the time of quotation. Unless a credit account has been arranged in advance, all orders require full payment before production begins. For larger orders, we may require a deposit of fifty percent (50%) upon confirmation, with the balance due before delivery or collection.

We accept payment by bank transfer, PayNow, cheque and major credit or debit cards. All prices are quoted in Singapore Dollars (SGD) and are exclusive of Goods and Services Tax (GST), which will be added at the prevailing rate where applicable.

Invoices for approved credit accounts are due within thirty (30) days of the invoice date. Late payments may incur an administrative fee of 1.5% per month on the outstanding balance. We reserve the right to suspend services for any account with overdue payments.

5. Delivery

Delivery timelines are estimated from the date of print approval and receipt of full payment (or deposit, as applicable). While we make every effort to meet agreed deadlines, delivery dates are estimates and not guaranteed. Fast Printing SG shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to supply chain disruptions, equipment failure or force majeure events.

Delivery within Singapore is available for an additional fee, which will be stated in your quotation. Orders may also be collected from our studio during business hours.

Risk of loss or damage to goods passes to the customer upon delivery to the specified address or upon collection from our premises. Customers must inspect all deliveries upon receipt and report any shipping damage or shortages within two (2) business days.

6. Cancellations & Refunds

Orders may be cancelled before production has commenced, subject to a cancellation fee to cover administrative and prepress costs already incurred. Once printing has begun, orders cannot be cancelled and no refund will be issued.

Refunds, where applicable, will be processed within fourteen (14) business days via the original payment method.

7. Returns & Reprints

Fast Printing SG is committed to delivering high-quality printed products. If you believe your order contains a manufacturing defect — such as significant colour deviation from the approved proof, misalignment, smudging, incorrect stock or binding errors — please contact us within five (5) business days of receiving your order. We will assess the issue and, at our discretion, offer a reprint at no additional cost or a partial refund.

Claims must be accompanied by photographs or samples of the defective items. We may request that defective goods be returned for inspection before a resolution is provided.

We do not accept returns or issue reprints for errors that were present in customer-approved artwork, minor colour variations inherent to the printing process, or issues arising from incorrect file specifications supplied by the customer.

8. Intellectual Property

Customers retain full ownership of all artwork, logos, designs and content they provide to us for printing. By submitting materials, you warrant that you own or hold the necessary licences for all content and that the printing of such materials does not infringe any third-party intellectual property rights, trademarks or copyrights.

Fast Printing SG shall not be held liable for any claim arising from the reproduction of materials provided by the customer. The customer agrees to indemnify and hold Fast Printing SG harmless against all claims, costs and damages resulting from any intellectual property infringement related to customer-supplied content.

We reserve the right to decline any order that we reasonably believe contains unlawful, defamatory, obscene or otherwise objectionable content.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the total liability of Fast Printing SG for any claim arising out of or in connection with our services shall not exceed the total amount paid by the customer for the specific order in question.

Fast Printing SG shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential or special damages, including but not limited to lost profits, lost revenue, loss of business opportunities or reputational damage, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

We do not accept responsibility for the storage or archiving of customer files. While we may retain files for convenience on future reprint orders, customers are advised to maintain their own backups of all artwork and documents.

10. Confidentiality

Fast Printing SG treats all customer files, designs and business information as confidential. We will not share, distribute or disclose your materials to any third party, except where required by law or where disclosure is necessary to fulfil your order (for example, outsourcing a specific finishing process to a trusted partner). Subcontractors engaged by us are held to equivalent confidentiality standards.

11. Force Majeure

Fast Printing SG shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing our obligations where such failure or delay results from events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, government actions, power outages, supply shortages, strikes or disruptions to transport networks. In such circumstances, delivery timelines will be extended by a period reasonably necessary to overcome the effects of the event.

12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Singapore. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.

Before commencing any legal proceedings, both parties agree to attempt to resolve disputes through good-faith negotiation. If a resolution cannot be reached within thirty (30) days, either party may pursue formal legal remedies.
